Who can take part

  • You are a woman who has given birth to at least one child.
  • You are between 35 and 45 years old.
  • You are at least 1 month past your last delivery (whether vaginal, with vacuum or forceps, or C-section).
  • You have a gap in your belly muscles larger than 2.5 cm (about 1 inch) when checked with fingers.
  • You do not have any other abdominal surgery, a hernia, or an open wound on your belly.
  • You are not allergic or sensitive to adhesive tape.
