Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 69 years old.
  • You were in a traffic accident 12 to 24 weeks ago.
  • You have been feeling very tired because of the accident (scoring 4 or higher on a fatigue questionnaire).
  • You are not currently taking other herbal medicines or health supplements for fatigue.
  • You do not have certain serious health conditions like cancer, anemia, or thyroid problems.
