Who can take part

  • At least 3 months since your stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic)
  • Fatigue is a major problem for you, confirmed by a specific test
  • You are able to do moderate exercise for 1 hour with someone's help if needed
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are not taking other stimulant medications and do not have untreated sleep apnea, severe depression, or other health issues that prevent safe participation
