This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy that uses your own white blood cells (TILs) to fight advanced colorectal or prostate cancer. You will have surgery to remove a tumor, then your TIL cells are grown in a lab and given back to you along with other treatments to boost your immune system.

Who can take part
- You must have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (stage IV) or prostate cancer that is locally advanced (stage III) or has spread (stage IV).
- You must have tried all standard treatments available to you through your national health system, and they either didn't work, weren't suitable, or you chose not to take them.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be removed with surgery to make the TIL therapy, and you must be healthy enough to have that surgery.
- You must be in good enough health to have a life expectancy of at least 6 months, and you must be able to get to a hospital within 50 km of your home.
- You must have good organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) and be able to take medications that suppress the immune system.
