  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and willing to take part.
  • You have a single trigger finger that is grade 2 or 3 (meaning it sometimes catches or locks but can still be moved).
  • You have not had any injections or surgery for trigger finger in the last 6 months.
  • You are not currently taking steroids or NSAIDs (like ibuprofen or naproxen).
  • You do not have other hand conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, or Dupuytren's contracture.
