Who can take part
- Aged 18 to 65
- Fluent in English or Dutch
- Have social anxiety (score 50 or higher on a social anxiety questionnaire)
- No heart, lung, or blood pressure issues that could be affected by breathwork
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to get pregnant
- Not taking regular medications except birth control pills
