- The child must be between 1 and 18 years old
- Must have a confirmed diagnosis of aplastic anemia

- Diagnosis or treatment must be at Assiut University Children Hospital or the central health insurance clinic in Assiut, between October 2020 and October 2026
- The condition must be acquired (not inherited), and the child must not have received chemotherapy or radiation before the diagnosis
