Who can take part

  • You are a university student between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You have had low back pain for at least 6 months (not caused by a specific injury).
  • You may be addicted to your smartphone (your score on a short smartphone addiction scale is above a certain cutoff).
  • You are not a competitive athlete, and you have not had any spinal injury, surgery, or deformity.
  • You do not have a condition like ankylosing spondylitis or a leg length difference.
  • You are not currently taking NSAID pain relievers (like ibuprofen or naproxen).
