This study tests a smartphone app called SelfBack to see if it helps prevent and manage low back pain in nurses. If you join, you'll use the app and answer questionnaires online over some time.

Who can take part
- You are currently working as a nurse or assistant nurse in one of the selected hospital units.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You own a smartphone (Android 7.0 or iOS 11.0 or newer) with internet access (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- You have a working email address and access to a computer with internet for questionnaires.
- You are able to read, speak, and understand Dutch, French, German, or English.
- You are not on medical leave for more than 3 consecutive days in the last 6 months, and you do not have serious spinal conditions ('red flags').
