Who can take part

  • You have cataracts in both eyes due to aging.
  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • Your vision is better than 0.05 (can see at least large letters on an eye chart).
  • Your eye length is between 21.0mm and 27.0mm.
  • You have less than 1.0 diopters of astigmatism (minor blurring).
  • You are generally healthy with no serious eye diseases or prior eye surgery.
