Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been taking dance classes for at least 6 months, preferably modern or contemporary dance
- You can attend weekly sessions for 12 weeks and be present for at least 70% of them
- You can read and fill out questionnaires in Greek
- You are comfortable with moderate-intensity movement and do not have a recent injury or medical condition that makes it unsafe
- You are not currently in another psychological therapy or mind-body program like yoga, Pilates, tai chi, or another mindfulness program
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
