Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have either healthy kidneys (eGFR 90–129 mL/min) or mild, moderate, or severe kidney disease (eGFR 15–89 mL/min).
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), with a BMI between 18 and 28.
  • You agree to stop smoking, alcohol, caffeine, and certain juices for 24 hours before and during the trial.
  • You have not participated in another drug trial in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have major health problems (other than kidney disease) that could affect safety, such as serious heart, liver, or stomach issues.
