Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are generally healthy, with no major medical conditions.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 26, and weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women).
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications (including herbal supplements) in the last 14 days.
  • You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day and can avoid tobacco during the trial.
  • You have not participated in another clinical trial in the last 3 months.
