This study tests whether roflumilast foam (a prescription foam) is safe and can reduce inflamed bumps in people with mild-to-moderate hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) who do not have draining tunnels. Participants will stop other HS treatments during the trial.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have had hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) for at least 3 months.
- Your HS should be mild to moderate (Hurley stage I or II) with 4 to 10 inflamed bumps (abscesses and nodules) but no draining tunnels.
- You must agree to stop using antibiotics, steroid injections, and certain medicated washes on your HS for the study.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use birth control.
- You cannot have a history of severe depression, suicidal thoughts or behavior.
