Who can take part
- You are 12 years old or older.
- You have had Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) for at least 3 months.
- You have mild to moderate HS (Hurley stage I or II) with 4 to 10 painful lumps (abscesses or inflamed nodules) and no open draining tunnels.
- You agree to not use other antibiotics, steroid shots, or certain washes (like bleach or benzoyl peroxide) on your HS during the study.
- You are not pregnant, not planning pregnancy, and not breastfeeding, and you use effective birth control if you could become pregnant.
- You have not had a major surgery, cancer (except some skin cancers), or severe depression/suicidal thoughts recently.
