Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a confirmed advanced solid tumor, such as stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer, that has not responded to treatment or has spread.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and is large enough (more than 2 cm) to safely take a sample for testing.
- You have not had any systemic treatment yet, or your cancer progressed more than 6 months after finishing chemotherapy before surgery.
- You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself) and have adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart).
- You are willing to provide tumor tissue for testing and to follow the study plan, including follow-ups.
