Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed solid tumor (lung, colon, pancreatic, or other type) that has grown after standard treatment.
  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic mutation called TP53 R248Q, found through DNA or RNA testing.
  • You must be in good overall health (able to care for yourself, ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must provide a recent tumor sample (within the past 2 years) or be willing to have a biopsy.
