Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver by ultrasound or MRI.
  • You have had elevated liver enzymes (ALT > 41) for more than 3 months.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have active hepatitis B or C.
  • You are not already taking hydroxychloroquine and have no history of eye disease called retinal maculopathy.
