  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are currently being cared for at home by a hospital home-care team
  • You have pain (mild, moderate, or severe) that could be treated with a procedure like a nerve block or injection
  • A specially trained doctor believes you are a good candidate for an in-home pain procedure
  • Your home environment is safe, clean, and allows for the procedure (e.g., good lighting, family support, privacy)
  • You (or a family member) can sign a consent form to take part
