Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have bile duct cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have had at least one round of platinum-based chemotherapy for advanced disease, and it stopped working or you couldn't tolerate it.
- You are in good enough health to be up and around (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You agree to testing for a protein called LAT1 on your tumor and genetic testing (NAT2 and transporter genes).
