Who can take part
- You have advanced or spread bile duct cancer that has grown or caused side effects after one prior treatment.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are in reasonably good health (able to take care of yourself, out of bed more than 50% of the day).
- Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges (your doctor will check).
- You have not had treatment with a cancer-fighting virus, lenvatinib, or certain other targeted therapies before.
