Who can take part

  • You are generally healthy and can exercise safely.
  • You have not taken any medications in the past year that could affect your muscles.
  • You have no past injuries or medical conditions that change how your muscles work.
  • You have not had an injury in the last 6 months that would stop you from doing exercises like weightlifting, running, or stretching.
  • You have not done any weightlifting or resistance training in the past 6 months.
  • You do not play competitive sports outside of school more than 2 times per week.
