  • You are between 20 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome for at least 3 months.
  • Your symptoms are mild to moderate (confirmed by a nerve test).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for carpal tunnel in the affected hand.
  • You do not have other nerve conditions, wrist trauma, or a history of wrist surgery.
