SBRT plus immunotherapy and targeted drug for liver cancer

This trial tests a combination of radiation (SBRT), an immunotherapy drug (PD-L1 inhibitor), and a targeted therapy (lenvatinib) for people with liver cancer that has spread to abdominal lymph nodes. It may be an option if you haven't taken certain immunotherapies before or if your cancer progressed after them.

Liver cancer trial: SBRT plus immunotherapy and targeted therapy before surgery

This trial tests a combination of focused radiation (SBRT), an immunotherapy drug (adelimumab), and a targeted therapy pill (apatinib) before surgery for liver cancer. The goal is to shrink tumors enough to make surgery possible or more effective.

NCT05488522Recruiting· Phase 1
Radiation plus immunotherapy for liver cancer

This early-phase trial tests a treatment plan that combines focused radiation with two medicines—an immunotherapy drug and an anti-angiogenesis drug—to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer). It may help shrink tumors or control disease when surgery or ablation can’t be used, and when systemic (whole-body) treatment is needed.

Immunotherapy plus radiation before surgery for liver cancer

This trial tests whether combining the immunotherapy drug sintilimab with targeted radiation therapy before surgery can improve outcomes for patients with liver cancer that can be surgically removed. It aims to shrink the tumor and reduce the chance of recurrence.

SBRT with immunotherapy and targeted therapy for liver cancer

This trial tests a combination of radiation therapy (SBRT), an immunotherapy drug (camrelizumab), and a targeted therapy drug (apatinib) to shrink liver cancer that cannot be removed with surgery. The goal is to make the cancer small enough for surgery later.
