Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a lung nodule found on a CT scan that is between 8mm and 30mm (about the size of a pea to a large grape).
  • Your doctor thinks a biopsy (taking a small sample) is needed to check for cancer.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow all study instructions.
  • You do not have serious bleeding problems, a pacemaker, or an active infection near the nodule.
