Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
- You are 40 years or older
- Your Parkinson's is mild to moderate (Hoehn and Yahr stage 3 or less)
- You can get to and from the test and training sessions on your own

- You do not have dementia, depression, or other major health problems that would make walking unsafe
