- You are currently experiencing significant symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have a smartphone and internet access.
- You are able to receive text messages.
- You are a U.S. citizen or legal resident (green card holder).
- You have not had a history of psychosis or mania, and are not currently having thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
