Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You currently have signs of depression or anxiety (PHQ-9 10+ or GAD-7 8+)
  • You can use a smartphone or home internet, and you’re okay with a short tech training if needed
  • You prefer medical care in Spanish
  • You are not currently in psychotherapy (talk therapy) at the start
  • If you take antidepressants, your dose has been the same for at least 6 weeks and you plan not to change it
