- Diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) or chronic migraine by a doctor
- Migraines started before age 50 and have lasted at least 1 year

- If on migraine prevention medication, dose has been stable for 3 months and willing to maintain it
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy; willing to use birth control if able to have children
