Who can take part
- You must be an undergraduate student at the University of Antioquia.
- You need to be enrolled in the course on yoga, meditation, and mindful eating at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical and Food Sciences.
- You must be willing to attend all 32 hours of the program over one semester.
- You should not be currently practicing yoga or meditation regularly.
- You cannot join if you are pregnant or have a medical condition that might make yoga unsafe.
- You are not eligible if you have a severe psychiatric condition that needs medication.
