  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are missing a single back tooth in your upper or lower jaw, with healthy teeth on both sides
  • You have a tooth in the opposite jaw that bites against the missing one
  • You can and want to get a temporary tooth placed on the same day as the implant
  • You are generally healthy (rated as ASA I or II by your doctor)
