Better ways to diagnose ovarian cancer

This study focuses on improving diagnosis of ovarian cancer. If you have an abnormal mass seen on ultrasound near the ovaries, the researchers may evaluate how best to identify whether it could be ovarian cancer.

NCT07334184Not yet recruiting
MRI for diagnosing ovarian cysts

This study uses MRI scans to better understand cystic lesions in the ovaries or nearby areas that were not clearly identified by ultrasound. It may help provide a more accurate diagnosis without surgery.

AI system to improve ovarian ultrasound diagnosis

This study tests an AI system that helps doctors read ovarian ultrasound images more accurately. You might qualify if you had an ovarian mass seen on ultrasound, had it surgically removed, and have clear images and lab results.

NCT04473833Recruiting
Transvaginal ultrasound screening for ovarian cancer risk

This study tests whether a transvaginal ultrasound can be used as a screening tool for ovarian cancer in women at higher risk. It may help find ovarian cancer earlier in people who have a strong family or personal cancer history.

Ultrasound data to tell benign from malignant ovarian masses

This study uses ultrasound data to help tell the difference between benign (non-cancerous) and malignant (cancerous) solid ovarian masses. It may help improve diagnosis and treatment decisions for people with this condition.

Using ultrasound to predict BRCA genes from healthy ovaries

This study looks at whether pictures from a vaginal (transvaginal) ultrasound of a healthy ovary can help predict whether someone carries BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene changes. It may help identify people who could benefit from more genetic testing, without needing new ultrasound images.
