- You are age 6 or older
- You have Down syndrome
- You do not use a CPAP or other breathing machine for sleep apnea for more than 4 hours most nights
- You are not taking MAO inhibitor medicines
- You do not have serious health problems like seizures, untreated depression, or major brain injury
