Who can take part

  • You must have MSS (microsatellite stable) colorectal cancer, not the MSI-high type.
  • Your cancer has continued to grow during or after standard chemotherapy, or you cannot tolerate chemotherapy.
  • You have at least one tumor that is 1 cm or larger and can be measured on scans.
  • You are willing to have blood draws and a core needle biopsy (a small tissue sample) of a tumor.
  • You are 18 years or older, and your daily activity level is fairly good (ECOG score 0-1).
