Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery, and it has gotten worse or you couldn't tolerate at least one past chemotherapy treatment.
- You have a known KRAS and BRAF gene mutation status (your doctor can check this).
- You are scheduled to have palliative radiation therapy to treat the main tumor or areas where the cancer has spread.
- You have not had serious side effects from past immunotherapy that would make re-treatment unsafe.
- You have not had radiation or other cancer treatment in the 14 days before starting this study.
- You do not have active brain metastases, certain lung problems, or infections that are not well controlled.
- You do not have a high risk of a hole in your intestine (such as from diverticulitis or a blockage).
