  • You are between 18 and 42 years old
  • Your BMI is under 30
  • You are doing intrauterine insemination (IUI)
  • You do not have sexually transmitted infections like AIDS or syphilis
  • You have not taken blood thinners or NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) in the 7 days before treatment
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or certain blood, immune, or genetic disorders
