  • You are a woman aged 18 to 45 and willing to donate blood
  • The sperm sample must have more than 5 million total moving sperm
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 30
  • You are not taking steroids, immune globulins, or certain blood cell growth drugs
  • You have no uncontrolled infections, diabetes, high blood pressure, blood diseases, or cancer
  • You have not used antioxidant supplements in the past 3 months
  • You have not taken blood thinners or NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) in the last week
