Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old
- Have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and has been confirmed by a biopsy
- Have already tried and failed at least two types of chemotherapy, including oxaliplatin and irinotecan, and also have received bevacizumab (Avastin) before
- Have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
- Be in good enough health to walk around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0–1)
- Have adequate blood counts, liver, and kidney function
