  • You are over 50 years old (post-menopause for women)
  • You had a broken bone in your back (vertebral fracture) within the last 2 years
  • You can commit to 12 virtual rehab sessions over 10 weeks
  • You have internet and a device with camera and microphone
  • Your fracture was not from a major accident (like a car crash)
  • You are not already doing a similar back rehab program with exercise
