  • You are a high school student in a selected school in Istanbul.
  • You are between 14 and 18 years old.
  • You can attend weekly group sessions.
  • You provide your own agreement to join, and if under 18, your parent or guardian also agrees.
  • You are not currently in therapy specifically for distress or related issues.
  • You do not have a severe cognitive or developmental condition that would make sessions too difficult.
