  • You are 10 to 14 years old.
  • You go to school regularly.
  • You have emotional or behavioral symptoms that are higher than normal for your age (like feeling very sad, worried, or having trouble with friends).
  • You do not have an IQ below 80 (this is usually checked by a specialist).
  • You are not already in regular therapy or psychiatric treatment (at least once a month).
