Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, or another solid tumor that has spread
  • Standard treatments have stopped working, you can't tolerate them, or none are available for your cancer
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old, weigh at least 99 pounds (men) or 88 pounds (women), and are in fairly good health (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough based on blood tests
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after
