Hyaluronic acid gel spacer study for cervical cancer radiation

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have cervical cancer confirmed by biopsy or cell sample.
  • You are planning to receive chemoradiotherapy with brachytherapy (internal radiation).
  • You must not have rectal invasion from the cancer.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You must not have an active infection needing IV antibiotics, allergies to hyaluronic acid, or inflammatory bowel disease.
