Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), which is a type of lung cancer that is not small cell lung cancer.
- You do not have EGFR mutations or ALK gene rearrangements, which are specific changes in cancer cells.
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (stage M0).
- You have had 2 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy).
- You had a lobectomy or larger lung surgery within the past 8 weeks, and all cancer was removed (R0 resection), but cancer was found in lymph nodes (ypN2).
- You are at least 18 years old and in fairly good health (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
