Who can take part
- Your heart is enlarged (left ventricle > 55 mm for men, > 50 mm for women on ultrasound)
- You have heart failure symptoms and a blood test for BNP or NT-proBNP is high
- Your heart's pumping strength (ejection fraction) is less than 45%
- You have had a heart catheterization showing no major blockages (less than 50% narrowing in any main artery)
