Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You are either healthy with a BMI between 20 and 24, or overweight (BMI 24 to 28) or obese (BMI 28 or higher)
- Your body weight has been stable (no big changes) for the past 12 weeks
- You do not have diabetes
- You agree to use effective birth control if needed, and not donate sperm for 3 months after the dose
