  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your weight is at least 110 pounds if male, or 99 pounds if female.
  • You are overweight or obese (BMI of 24 or higher).
  • You agree to use effective birth control for 3 months after the study dose, and not to donate sperm or eggs.
  • You are willing to follow the study rules and sign a consent form.
