Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with a solid tumor that has spread or come back, and standard treatments like chemotherapy or immunotherapy have not worked.
- You are able to have a piece of your tumor surgically removed so we can grow special immune cells (called TILs) from it in the lab.
- You have at least one tumor spot that can be measured on scans.
- You are generally well enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1) and are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You do not have other serious infections like HIV, active hepatitis B or C, or syphilis, and you do not need high-dose steroids or have serious heart problems.
