Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 39 years old
  • You wear glasses and have a glasses prescription from an eye doctor that is less than 3 years old
  • Your nearsightedness is between -0.50 and -5.00 diopters (mild to moderate)
  • Your astigmatism is up to -4.50 diopters
  • You can read French and agree to follow the study steps
  • You do not have certain eye conditions like cataracts, previous eye surgery, or severe eye disease
