Who can take part

  • You have achondroplasia confirmed by genetic testing.
  • Your age is between 3 and under 12 years old (specific groups based on exact age).
  • You have been in a previous observation study for at least 6 months and have had your growth tracked.
  • You have not started puberty (Tanner stage 1).
  • Your bone age (from hand X-ray) is less than 14 years.
  • You have not taken other treatments for growth (like growth hormone) in the past year or certain other drugs ever.
